1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of OMNIA (om.everamulate.com, the “Service”), operated by Kailiang Zhang (“we”). By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.
2. Service Description
OMNIA is a digital, browser-based work of cultural craft: it computes Western astrology birth charts deterministically from astronomical ephemeris data, and generates interpretive readings with the assistance of third-party large-language-model providers. Chart computation and a preview of each reading (three of its four sections) are free; the complete reading requires a subscription. The Service is delivered immediately upon payment.
3. Access & Sign-in
Sign in with your email address, verified by a one-time code, before subscribing: the subscription is bound to the account created for that email. Up to two devices may be signed in at once; signing in on a further device signs out the least recently used one, and you can sign out any device from your account panel. Optionally, after signing in you may create one-time recovery codes and keep them yourself; each code signs you in once on a new device without email. You are responsible for access to your email inbox and for keeping recovery codes safe.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Trial
- Plans: $6.99 / month or $49 / year (USD; local payment methods and applicable taxes are handled at checkout).
- New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial (subscriptions started before 2026-09-07 keep the 7-day trial they were offered); the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically at trial end unless canceled before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled. By subscribing you expressly authorize recurring charges.
- Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Waffo Pancake, which appears on your statement and issues invoices.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime in the self-service portal: pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login (sign in with your purchase email), or by writing to support@everamulate.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
6. Refunds
- First-time subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of the first paid charge, on request.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full.
- Statutory withdrawal or consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
- Already-elapsed billing periods are otherwise non-refundable. Refunds are executed by Waffo Pancake.
7. Billing Disputes
Write to support@everamulate.com. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve confirmed errors within 5 business days.
8. AI Output & Intellectual Property
Readings generated for you are yours to keep for personal use. You grant us the limited license needed to process your input and deliver the reading. We do not use your inputs to train models. All numeric chart data is computed deterministically by our own engine; the AI only interprets. The Service’s design, seals, text and code remain our property.
9. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and personally. See the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Data & Privacy
See the Privacy Policy. In short: birth data is processed in memory only and never stored on our servers; on our side we keep your email address, a random account identifier, the state of each subscription order, your sign-in sessions (device label and timestamps), and — if you create recovery codes — their SHA-256 digests. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.
11. Disclaimers & Liability
OMNIA is a work of cultural craft for reflection and entertainment. Readings may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; do not rely on them for decisions in those domains. The Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
12. Term & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. If we terminate without your breach, unused paid time is refunded pro-rata. You may request deletion of your records via support.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Before formal proceedings, both parties will attempt informal resolution via support contact.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days’ notice on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before the new Terms take effect.

二 · 服务内容
万象是一件浏览器内的数字造物：以确定性算法依真实星历排演西方占星盘面，并借助第三方大语言模型生成解读文字。排盘与每次解读四段中的三段预览免费；完整解读需订阅。付款后即时开通。
三 · 访问与受印
请先以邮箱受印（一次性受印码确认归属），再立契：缘契系于为该邮箱建立的账户。每账户至多 两台器物同时在线；再多一台受印时，最久未用的一台自动收印，你也可在账户面板收印任一器物。受印后可选生成一次性恢复码自行保管，每枚可在新器物上免邮件受印一次。请妥善保管你的邮箱与恢复码。
四 · 订阅、计费与试用
- 档位：$6.99/月 或 $49/年（美元计价；本地支付方式与税费在收银台处理）。
- 新订户享 3 天免费试用（2026-09-07 之前开始的订阅保留当时的 7 天试用）；试用期满自动转为付费订阅，期内取消不扣费。
- 订阅自动续期直至取消；订阅即明示授权周期性扣款。
- 订单由记录商户（Merchant of Record）暨 PCI-DSS 认证支付处理方 Waffo Pancake 处理，其名称将显示于账单并开具发票。
五 · 取消
随时经自助门户取消：pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login（以购买邮箱登录），或致信 support@everamulate.com。取消于当期期末生效，期内权益保留。
六 · 退款
- 首次订阅：首笔实扣后 7 天内可申请全额退款。
- 重复扣款或错误扣款：全额退还。
- 你所在法域的法定撤回权与消费者权利不受影响。
- 已经过的计费周期原则上不退。退款由 Waffo Pancake 执行。
七 · 账单争议
致信 support@everamulate.com：2 个工作日内确认收到，确认有误的 5 个工作日内解决。
八 · AI 产出与知识产权
为你生成的解读归你个人使用与留存；你授予我们处理输入并交付解读所必需的有限许可。我们不以你的输入训练模型。一切天文历法数字均由自有引擎确定性计算，AI 仅作解读。本服务的设计、印章、文字与代码归运营者所有。
九 · 可接受使用
请合法、个人地使用本服务。《使用规范》为本条款组成部分。
十 · 数据与隐私
见《隐私政策》。要点：出生数据仅内存处理、绝不落盘；我方保存你的邮箱、一个随机账户号、每张订阅订单的状态、登录会话（器物标签与时间戳），以及（若你生成）恢复码的 SHA-256 摘要。支付卡数据全程由 Waffo Pancake 处理，不经我方服务器存储。
十一 · 免责与责任限制
万象为文化研究与自省之用。解读可能不准确、不完整或过时，非医疗、法律、投资或其他专业建议，请勿据以决策。本服务按现状提供。我方累计责任以你此前 12 个月实付金额为上限。
十二 · 期限与终止
因重大违约、涉欺诈或法律要求，我们可中止或终止服务。非因你违约的终止，未使用的已付时段按比例退款。可经 support 申请删除你的记录。
十三 · 法律适用
本条款适用 中华人民共和国 法律。正式程序前，双方应先经 support 渠道协商。
十四 · 条款变更
条款更新将在本页提前至少 14 天公示；生效后继续使用即视为接受，不同意可在生效前取消订阅。
